TAP Air Portugal opens new non-Schengen lounge at Lisbon airport – Business Traveller
The lounge will also host temporary art exhibitions curated by Lisbon-based urban art cultural platform Underdogs, starting with works by Raquel Belli and Pedrita Studio focusing on “the contemporary reinterpretation of Portuguese artistic language”.
The new space follows the refurbishment of the carrier’s Premium Lounge in late 2022, which serves customers on Schengen flights.
Commenting on the news Sofia Lufinha, TAP’s chief customer officer, said:
“Customer comfort is a priority for TAP, as well as the variety of solutions, such as work or relaxation spaces and the diverse cuisine available.
“TAP is always focused on improving the quality of customer service and that was the goal with this new lounge, which we have now achieved, and which will certainly be a good option for our customers who have flights to South America, North America, Africa or the United Kingdom.”
