Plaza Premium unveils art exhibitions at Gatwick and Heathrow lounges – Business Traveller
Meanwhile the group’s Gatwick North Terminal lounge is hosting the Nature exhibition by English artist and poet Joe Machine, featuring “varying size original acrylic on canvas colour paintings, alongside unique monochrome scraperboards – a form of direct engraving where black India ink is hand scratched to create a fine white china clay line”.
The lounge provider said that “Machine’s distinctive figurative style walks the viewer down paths into ancient woodlands, through fields with flowers in areas of outstanding natural beauty, favourite world heritage sites and national trails, such as Avebury Stones, Coldrum and Silent Valley”.
The exhibitions will be on display until August, and Plaza Premium said that it would host ‘Meet the Artist’ sessions at both lounges this month.
